Martin Rokicki, Chief Executive Officer of Skynet Healthcare Technologies, is a technology innovator dedicated to making healthcare smart, particularly in its applications throughout the senior care continuum. With two decades of experience in software product development combined with an instinct for leadership, an understanding of business, and an ability to identify the special needs of customers, Martin has become a pioneer in implementing cutting-edge technologies to dramatically improve the lives of seniors. Before Skynet, Martin served as Managing Partner with QTR Systems, providing custom software development and end-to-end business solutions for small to large businesses.
JOE SOUTHRON | CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER AND GENERAL COUNSEL
Joe Southron serves as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for Skynet Healthcare Technologies and is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and general management of the company. In this role, Joe has helped establish Skynet Healthcare Technologies as a world class technology partner for Senior Living communities all across North America. Joe’s responsibilities and influence extend throughout all areas of the organization including strategic planning and execution, corporate management, product development, technology deployment, and customer and network operations. Joe is heavily involved in the Tampa Bay technology community and serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Tampa Bay Technology Forum
BRAD DAVIS | CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Brad Davis serves as Chief Financial Officer at Skynet Healthcare and is responsible for the finance, accounting, and treasury management operations. He brings over 25 years of experience in a broad array of industries, including technology, manufacturing, services and education in both public and privately held companies. Throughout his career he has led process improvement initiatives to enhance profitability, created and streamlined accounting policies and procedures, managed integration activities associated with mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and strategic planning.
TIM LEHTO | CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
As Chief Technology Officer, Tim Lehto oversees Skynet’s technological vision, architecture, development, and execution, and is responsible for all aspects of technology and implementation with Skynet’s products and services. Tim brings with him over 20 years of information technology and organizational management experience from the manufacturing, healthcare, consulting, and staffing verticals. Throughout his career, Tim has led technology organizations to success by efficiently leveraging technology, process, cost efficiency, and a customer-first culture to deliver value-add to stakeholders. Prior to joining Skynet, Tim was Director of Global Information Technology for Jabil Circuit.

Kelly has over twenty-five years of operational experience in various industries with the last fifteen years as an Executive Director in the senior living sector. As a result of her professional demeanor, coupled with a kind and compassionate presence, she has excelled as an organizational leader. Her talents, passion and drive have escalated her to one of the top leaders in the senior care industry, specializing in revitalization of properties. With her diligent management acumen, new construction startups, through occupancy and continued expansion, Kelly has succeeded. With a proven track record of developing a strong and motivated team, Kelly’s focus will be on expanding our operational excellence and service delivery that will encompass a customer-centric culture.
SAM SUTHERLAND | VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Sam Sutherland is the vice president of sales and business development for Skynet Healthcare Technologies. He is responsible for leading all aspects of the business to business sales and channel strategies.
Previously, Sutherland served as Director of Vertical Markets NAM for Assa Abloy Hospitality, where he was responsible for delivering incremental revenue growth.
He brings more than 25 years of progressive experience in sales leadership, sales operations and sales strategy. His extensive sales leadership background includes manufacturing distribution of commercial, residential automation and access control solutions.
